personality Emerald is what some people would consider 'cold-hearted' almost the the brink that she could be considered a vampire and when she speaks her voice is soft and almost quiet, though that's mostly due to the reason's that her life has been corrupt and cruel and quite frankly she doesn't feel pain of loss, rejection and heartache. But just because she's like this doesn't mean she doesn't have a few people she call's friends....though small in numbers they may be. Those whom she does consider friend's can tell that Emerald is a loyalist all the way, willing to stand for each and every one of them to the point where she throw down her own life. She loves listening to their stories, looking at photo's or sometimes go shopping with the one or two girl friends she has...all the while giggling softly about how that skirt should be paired with that shirt and so forth. But when it comes to people Emerald cannot stand, the list could go on and on starting sadly with that of her family, though she doesn't wish any true harm to come to them she just wishes karma would kick it up a notch to give back what they dished out...as in destroying the fortune they have still. Emerald also cannot stand those whom harm children, animals, or each other whether it's females or males. She is also still a human female which mean's she is fearful of bullets, losing blood, swords/daggers and the such. But what people don't know is Emerald is also scared of any type of spider whether big or small, roller-coasters, closed off spaces, and secretly her own emotions. BIOGRAPHY 'Black Sheep'. Two words that haunt Emerald since the day of her birth till this very day though she's not sure why though. For it wasn't her fault her mother seeked love and refuge from another man, or that she got pregnant, her parent's getting a divorce or that Emerald's grandmother blaming her for it...because again none of this was her fault. But alas these words are still there....stinging her very heart to the core that she want's to either rip it out or not feel any pain at all. But we're getting to far ahead of ourselves...so let's start at the very beginning. Ripley England: Emerald's birthplace and how it all began for you see the name Pine goes back many of a generation all whom lived and died in England. Their name became quite a celebrity and as such brought wealth into their lives...which caused more harm then good. Bentley Pine was the great descendant to live in the house on 221B Baker Street and was quite a snob ever since he was born. But here he was about to wed the finest looking lady that anyone could ever wish for: Carissa Van Holt, though the marriage was legal Carissa wasn't all to thrilled. Over the years the two lived together in that house but often times Carissa would sneak away to meet her lover Brent Holmes, who she really wanted to marry. Months went by and soon Carissa learned she was pregnant and that Bentley wasn't the father of the child...and as soon as she told him and his grandmother they were furious. Locking Carissa upstairs until after the pregnancy they sold baby Emerald on the black market and never spoke another word about this again nether tarnish the Pine name. For months Emerald lived in Russia with a disgusting man known only as Chuck who often times wasn't nice to her or the other children that lived in the small home he owned. Often times she wished she would disappear and one day when she was ten she and the other girls got their chance for Chuck who was so drunk got so careless and left the cell door open. The four girls escaped and ran away as far as they could finding any adult they possibly could to help. Emerald searched until she found a nice police officer who was willing to help all the girls out. Though Chuck was arrested and the three other girls were sent back to their homes Emerald was sent a foster home, and it seemed to turn out all right since she had a bed to sleep on, food to eat, and new clothing. It was here that she got schooling and also gained a new friend: Bridget Crowley, a girl who's mother abandoned her on the doorstep five month's ago. The two seemed to be unbreakable and almost did everything together, whether it was painting, climbing trees, dancing, and looking through old magazines imagining new clothing ideas. It was here that Emerald knew what she wanted to do as a adult: become a clothing designer. Years seemed to flash on by for Emerald and Bridget seemed to stick together with foster homes until Bridget finally got the good news that she was being adopted. The 'twins' as people would call them were just turning fourteen so this was a big surprise for both of them. Emerald wished her the best of luck and even made her a heart pendant to remember her by and in return Bridget made her a necklace with a smile face on it, so she won't forget to smile. Now months go by and Emerald has grown to old for the foster home and has just graduated college for fashion design. She recently moved to Forks due to a reference from a friend.
