BLACKOUT takes place six months after the "incident" in which a majority of the world
between the ages of 16-35 mysteriously fell unconscious. When they came to, one by one,
they discovered something had happened, each of them developed abilities. For the first time
in history the world governments have come together unsure what to do about these people,
while science attempts to uncover what it all means. Yet, behind it all, darkness stirs.
